「カニが食べたい！」と言うと、市場の方が「うめぇ堂がおすすめだよ」とのこと。
早速、カニの刺身と、焼きガニ、ウニいくら丼を注文。
カニの刺身は、冷凍処理しなければならないので、少しサイズが縮んでいる感はいなめないが、絶品。
カニの甘みを生のまま味わえるなんて最高過ぎる…！
それを超えて、感動したのは焼きガニ！
焼きガニなんて何度も食べてきたはずなのですが、鮮度がいい！！さすが市場！！
臭みはゼロ。
カニのホクホクとした肉厚な身が口の中でほどけて、香ばしさが残る…！！！！！！！

海鮮丼もいくらは柔らかく新鮮で、うにもミョウバンを使っておらず甘くておいしかったです。
