本日も市場で朝食を。未訪問のお店に訪問。
店内に入口が3箇所くらいありますが同じお店
のようです。
4〜5人程度のオペレーション。こちらのお店は
海鮮丼、焼き魚の定食両方あります(๑´ڡ`๑)
オーダーは、
◆おからにしん定食(1380円）
糠にしんではありません。おからにしんです。
糠と比べて塩辛くはない印象ですが、塩分量
で如何程にも調整できるのでしょう。
こちらのニシンは、身は柔らかくはふっくらで
塩分は控えめ。非常に食べやすい。
タラバガニのカニ汁で味噌の濃さも薄めで
ベスト！蟹の出汁が旨い(๑´ڡ`๑)
ごはんや小鉢は普通で、全体的に大変満足
できる内容でした！

桜開花前のインバウンド利用が少ないこの
時期に他店も集中して回ろうと思います。
