昨年買ったのは良いが、雪道で滑って使い物にならなかったブーツのソールを貼り替えるために、アノンに向かった。
その前にランチでも食べようと
円山公園駅4番出口から徒歩1分のこの店にやってきた。
野菜寿司が有名な和食屋さんらしい。
お腹が空いていたので、寿司が12貫の萬彩弁当にした。
最初に野菜の炊き合わせが提供されたが、このひと皿を目にした次の瞬間、日本酒を追加してしまった。笑
群馬の銘酒、水芭蕉の純米吟醸ひやおろし。ムフフフ。
野菜が美味い！
この美味い野菜達が寿司になってくるのか？ などと期待感が膨らむ。
コースではないのだが、なかなか考えられた構成である。ナイス
程よいタイミングで、続いて弁当箱に入った惣菜8種。
これがまた楽しい。
行儀悪く迷い箸になりそうなので、一度箸を置いて、どれから頂くかをしっかり眺めたい。
どの惣菜もひと捻りあり舌も楽しい。エクセレント
酒の肴としても丁度良いのがまた嬉しい。
満を辞して寿司が登場。
どうやら赤酢を使った酢飯で握られているようだ。
野菜寿司と魚介の寿司が交互になっている。
寿司屋さんではないので、あまり厳しくは言いたくないが、ネタに野菜を使った事自体は悪くないし、むしろ凄く良いと思う。が寿司としてみたら20点である。
残念ながら握りのレベルが低い。
コレは、おにぎり寿司だ。
今後も寿司を出すのなら、握りの技術をもっと学んだ方が良い。
まだ客が居るのに、トレーニングシャツを片手にスポーツジムにでも向かったぽい店主の姿を見て、
非常に残念に思った。
店内やトイレに受賞した賞状やトロフィーを飾るよりやる事があるはずだ。
基本的な味やアイデアが良いばかりに残念に思う。
