Authentic charcoal-grilled Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made with fresh seafood sashimi purchased from the central wholesale market and raw meat from Hokkaido. Hana Wasabi's specialty homemade gyoza! We also have a number of original dishes such as grilled gyoza, water gyoza, and gyoza chijimi. We use Sapporo Perfect Classic draft beer! It is the only store in the Maruyama area that carries this beer. We carry a variety of fine local sake from all over the country. We carry Denshu, Toyosakai, Kokuryu, Nabeshima, Iso Jiman, Hiroki, and more. |
