近所の友人宅で泊まったあと、市場でご飯を食べようかと散策することに。
市場が大好きな私。カニやウニは勿論、新巻鮭、キンキ、カキ、ホッキ貝、、、どれも美味しそう、何を買おうかとても迷います。（もはや目的が変わってきている）
いやー心踊りますねえ。最高です。
おじさんから「手作りだから」と何気なく手渡された鮭とばがとんでもなく美味しかったり。そーいや買うの忘れてたわ、失敗した。
とフラフラ散策している最中に、このお店の「蟹コロッケ ※テイクアウト出来ます」の文字が視界に入る。
特別好きな食べ物でもないし、普段はあまり食べないのだが何故か無性に食べたくなりテイクアウトで購入。
車に乗り込み何気なく食べたところ、これが旨い！
自分の思い描いてたカニクリームコロッケよりクリーム感は希薄、身だけではなく蟹味噌も入っておりとても濃厚な味。堪らんなコレ。
中央市場の新たな名物になることを期待してます。美味しかった。ごちそうさまです。
