■先付け オーストラリア産ラムのヒレ肉をコンフィ的に作り上げ、オリーブオイルと羊のチーズ、ペコリーノで仕上げています。 ■北海道産ラム肉 提携農場さんより一頭仕入れ、店内で切り付けされた新鮮なお肉です。 他では味わえない美味しさです。 ■松阪牛ロース しゃぶしゃぶに適した霜降り肩ロースです。 松阪牛のトロける肉と脂の旨味が絶妙です。 ■厚切りラムロース ラム肩ロースを厚めに切る事でお肉の旨味がダイレクトに味わえます。 ■ラムタン 希少部位でもあるラムタンをしゃぶしゃぶで。 ■ラムワンタン ラム肉だけで作り上げたつみれをワンタンの様に仕上げました。 スープの中で茹で上げて召し上がり下さい。 ■旬の野菜盛り 白菜や長ネギと共にしゃぶしゃぶに合わせた野菜の盛り合わせです。 ■特製うどん又は十五穀米 製麺所と提携する事で、群だけのうどんをシート状で依頼しています。 店内で手切りされた生のうどんをスープの中で茹でて召し上がって下さい。 十五穀米のお米は、仁木町銀山産ユメピリカです。 ■漬物 自家製のキャベツの浅漬けです。 ■甘未 北海道の食材で作ったシャーベットです。 |
