仕事帰りの寄り道シリーズ。
先月OPENしたばかりの『HALUKA』へ。
OPEN前から気になっていた会員制ワインレストランバー。
お店は住宅地にひっそりとあるので車だと見逃しやすいかも。
初めてなのでおまかせコースで予約しました。
インターホンを押して入店し、カウンター席へ。
店内はデートにも良さそうな落ち着いた雰囲気。
これから出てくる料理に期待が高まります。
前菜はカツオのタタキ風にシソのラヴィゴットソース。
ソースの酸味が夏らしくサッパリしていてカツオに合う。
トウモロコシの冷製スープ。
品種はホワイトショコラだったかな？
トウモロコシの甘さが引き立つ美味しさ。
魚料理はソイのポワレ。
身がふっくら柔らかく、付け合わせの野菜やニョッキも美味しい。
肉料理は十勝ハーブ牛のロースト。
ランプをたまり醤油のあっさりしたソースで。
しっかりした赤身で焼き加減もgood◎。
最後にデザートを珈琲と一緒に。
グラスフェッドミルクを使ったヨーグルトムースに生苺&苺のコンポート。
上には苺のジェラート。
このムースがふわふわで絶品♪
この日は暑かったので最初はビールから始まり、料理に合わせて白ワイン×2種類、赤ワインをいただきました。
ワインは専用サーバーがあり、グラスで銘柄を提供。
リーズナブルだから気軽に飲めるのが良いね。
この日は切れてたけどオーパスワン飲みたかった(泣)
ワイン苦手な人でもウイスキーやカクテル、ノンアルコールのドリンクも揃えてあるので安心です。
料理は季節に合わせて北海道の旬のモノをメインで使っているんだそう。
素材の旨味を生かした料理の数々。ソースも美味しい。
フレンチのコースだけど和の器を使っていてセンスが素敵♪
アラカルトもあるのでバータイムの利用にも良さそう。
ランチコースもお手頃だし平日はホットサンドの提供も始めるらしいのでまた行きたいお店です。
