エントランスを通り、
奥行きがあるカウンターの
6分の1席へ。
奥にはテーブル席もある様ですが、
横並びで頂きました。
ダークな空間に、スポットライトが灯っている様な
バーの様な雰囲気。
BGMが、オリエンタルにアレンジされたインストから
ポップス変わり、zicoがかかり驚き。

北海道水蛸
とろける水蛸を初めて食べました。
柔らかいを超えて
とろけるーーー。
美味しすぎ。
バルサミコが使われていましたが、
酸味が強くなく、濃厚感が強く〇
網走あんこうのムニエル
コリアンダーＮＧを配慮して頂き、
モロッコソースの提案がありましたが。
実は、モロッコ料理も一生分食べています・・。
が、ここで食べるなら美味しいだろうなと、
こわごわＯＫしたのですが、
私の反応を察知して、
更に違うソースにしてくれました。
トマトソース焦がしバターで頂いた
あんこうは大きく、
お肉だっけ？って思う位、
厚く、食べ応えがあり、
その旨味を噛みしめました。
石狩 望来豚ロースのグリル
京都万願寺唐辛子、
いんかのめざめ、
芽キャベツ、
紫野菜等々とともに。
お野菜にも旨味があり、
特に芽キャベツに惚れました。
ロースも上品な脂で、優しい。
十勝和田牛蒡のスープ
アツアツ♡
牛蒡独特の風味、味わいが、
クリーミーに仕上がっており、美味しい♡
パンには、自家製トリュフバター。
アツアツのパンがとても香ばしく、
外がカリッ！中がふわっ！で美味しすぎで
お代わりしちゃいました。
デザート
デコポンシャーベットと
天塩町、うの牧場さんで、
草のみを食べて育った牛のヨーグルトムース。
あっさりしたヨーグルトムースは、
底のクラッシュされた、
塩サブレと一緒に口に入れると
見事に中和。
エスプレッソを選んで〆ました♡
ぜーんぶ、すごーーく美味しい♡
品数が少ないコースを選びましたが、
1品にボリュームがあり、
十分に満足が出来ました。
こちらは、会員制レストラン。
会員は、三段階あり、
どなたでも無料で会員になる事が出来ますが、
半年間、ランチ、バーを含め、
利用がないと失効です。
有料会員には、特典もある様です。
予定数まであと半分位との事でした。
このお値段でこの内容は
かなり良いです！！！！！
ランチは誰でも利用可能。
激しくオススメです。
