大漁寿し若駒がこだわるポイント
鮮度抜群の素材にシャリ・醤油・海苔にこだわるとあり、
恐らく辿り着いたシャリの３種ブレンドの米と、赤酢ブレンドの酢
無添加醤油にこだわり
歯切れ、風味を感じる海苔を使っているとのことです。
お寿司よりも、ザンギがかなり美味しかったのでした。
ザンギは、醤油と生姜と大蒜が染み込まさっているらしく
そんな下味は、薄味の好みのセンターに入って感じ、
パリパリの皮がまた美味しかったり、ジューシーさもあり美味いザンギでした。

これは鮮度高くて生姜のアクセントが乗せられて美味しかったです。
カンパチ、タイ、甘エビ、玉子とそれぞれネタ的には良い感じです。
帆立は時間経過のねっとりは無く美味しかったんですが、
・・・・・・・・
サーモンは水っぽさあり気になります
赤身は、これって本鮪なのかなぁ…
昨日のもっきりやの鮪の方が美味しかったのでした。
飛子はプチプチが好きなんですが、
ネタとしては変えてもらいたいランキング上位なのはさて置き
海苔は、歯切れ、風味を感じる事が書いてありますが、いずれも違う感じでした。
ネタでは乱高下が感じられてしまいましたが、
やはり、最初の目的だった、本鮪オンリーのメニューを選べば良かったのでしょうか。
シャリには赤酢もブレントしているらしく、
山形県、宮城県のお米を３種ブレンドしているとあります。
シャリ単体のステイタスは、人肌よりやや温度低く、
粘り感じて解れ度合いはその粘りもあってか
ほろっと口の中で解れやすいまではいきません。
シャリそのものの味はそれなり良いと感じました。
お寿司も他のメニューから選んで食べてみたいのですが、
ザンギ定食が今度は一番食べたいと現時点で思っているのでした。
