大通西２５丁目「フードセンター円山店」向かい「第5長寿庵ビル」の2階
以前の「円山５坪」跡だが店内は基本レイアウトに変更無し
カウンター4席、4人掛け4卓、2人掛け2卓、半個室にテーブル2卓？
大将とフロア女子1名体制、落ち着いた雰囲気の店内にJazyなBGM
窓の外の歩行者天国では「第２５回 円山夏祭り子供盆踊り大会」が盛大に行われ賑わっている
先客１組２名でカウンター席へ座る
MENUにはちょっと良さげな日本酒も用意されている
先ずはのBEERは「サッポロクラシック生＠480」・・・しっかり冷えたグラスにきめ細かな泡、旨いBEERです
「通し＠300」は煮つぶ・・・上品な出汁の薄味仕立て、この「通し」だけで作り手の技量が量り取れる一品
アテのオーダーは「生干しこまい@680」・・・程よい塩味と焼き加減、スルスルとBEERが進みます
お替りで「デュワーズハイボール@450」
この後予定が有ったので今回はサクっと終了
次回はお造りで日本酒をやって「牛ご飯」か「鶏麺」で〆てみたい
入れ替わりの激しい場所だけに頑張って欲しいです
