[Visited in November 2023] ◼️This is a Seafood Japanese-style meal restaurant that will open in August 2023. I saw on an Instagram post that they had a set called a single drinking plan, so I visited. ◼️The inside of the store has a calm atmosphere, but it is crowded with customers. It was a good decision to make a reservation in advance. ◼️The one-person drinking plan you are looking for is a great deal at 2,000 yen, which includes an appetizer, a handmade meal, a recommended a la carte dish, and a drink. The arrangement of the omakase sashimi is beautiful, but is it the so-called angular cut? It has a sharp cut and of course tastes perfect! The tsuma is made of shredded daikon radish and myoga with kaiware, which gives it a nice color and makes a nice rest for your chopsticks. Today's recommended dish is salt-grilled silver treasure. It's fatty and deliciously delicious. In Other, we ordered Seafood gratin, thick-yaki egg, and boiled sea bream as individual items. Seafood gratin had a uniquely salty cream sauce with plenty of shellfish, topped with Japanese-style bean paste, and had an interesting taste. The thickly baked eggs are hot, fluffy, and the soup stock is delicious! Boiled sea bream is a very rare dish. It's also fun to eat while picking the meat. The burdock and shiitake mushrooms are also seasoned with good flavor and are delicious! Today's bill was about 5000 yen. It's great for drinking alone, and I think it's amazing that you can enjoy delicious food at this price in Maruyama.
