はじめに断っておきます。
パンは辛くないです。
妻の朝食用の食パンを調達します。
妻から「どこかパン屋さん知らないの？」という食べロガー魂を掻き立てるお言葉を頂戴しましたので、ＢＭしていた「ベッカライ島田屋」さんを訪問することにしました。
札○北高校のちょうど北側、住宅街の中にある、外観も住宅そのもののパン屋さんです。
こういうパン屋さんが自宅の近くに欲しいですね～♪
カスタードホーン・・・パン屋さんには珍しく、ケーキを入れておくような冷たいショーケースの中に入っており、店員さんに言って出してもらいます。濃厚かつミルキーな甘さが美味しいです♪妻はパンの生地の中に粉チーズを含ませているのではないかと言っていましたが、私にはよく分かりませんでした。
イギリスパン・・・そのまま食べるとちょっとモッサリしたパンですが、お店のＰＯＰにあるとおりトーストすると非常にサクサクした食感になります。これはトーストした方が美味しいパンですね～。
