You can't get in without a reservation. The second rotation starts at 20:00. There are three types of all-you-can-drink: with draft beer, without draft beer, and soft drinks only, but it's a godly restaurant that will accept separate plans! (It may have been a coincidence...) I had three draft beers, then a lot of highballs. I had a small amount of meat, just Cow tongue with salt and green onions, aged hanging sagari, horumon, tripe, and lettuce. It was crowded, lively, and well-ventilated, which was good. The only thing was that the charcoal grill was really hot right in front of me lol
