今では完全に市民権を得た自家焙煎ですが、その草創期の１９８０年に『創業者 従二直彦』が宮の森にて創業 その後山の手を経て2012年2月に新琴似6条に移転開業致しました。 新しい豆の香りと味をお届けする為の自家焙煎との創業者の珈琲理念の元、日々焙煎を続けております。 店名の（るびあ）もコーヒーの木の学名（rubiaceas coffea 茜科コーヒー属)から命名 深煎り珈琲の草分け店でもあります。 |
北区新琴似エリア。住宅街にあるお洒落な喫茶店♪
凄く立派で素敵なな建物です！何処に座るか迷う！
ご夫婦でやられているお店ですが、ほぼ奥様のワンオペでした。
朝9時から夜9時まで営業。日祝は10時から夜8時。
モーニングメニューやランチメニューは無さそうですが、どの時間帯でも豊富なメニューが頼めます。
メニューを見るとしゅるいも多くまた迷う。
トースト、キッシュ、パスタ、カレー、ハヤシライス、中華ピラフ、ケーキ、アイス、
此れに自家焙煎の珈琲などもあり、営業時間も長く、仕込みの事を考慮すると、、、凄く働いてそう。
食事には珈琲がセットで付いてます。
結局オーダーは、
◆ナポリタン(900円)
ブレンド珈琲が530円なので、フードを頼むとお得感があります。
ナポリタンは焼きナポリタン系で少し焦げもありました。ハムも多い♪
サラダも付いています。
珈琲は、フレンチ、マイルド、アメリカン、イタリアンから『フレンチ』をチョイス♪
うん。香りも中々、思ったより上品かも。苦いけど雑味のないスッキリとしたキレのある珈琲でした。
何処か懐かしい味で、濃さも好みです。備長炭で炭焙きと書かれてましたが、こんな上品に煎れるのですね。
この苦味、煙草と合うやつ！
喫煙者には特に条件の良い良店！
