今日は気温が一気に冷えて外に出た時の寒さが辛かったので、急遽蕎麦からラーメンに変更し八卦さんにお邪魔しました。
昨日が暑かっただけに今日は寒すぎます…
豚骨は久々なので美味しいランチにあり着けそうな予感がします。
開店と同時に到着し、店内へ。
会計firstらしく着席する前に注文しお会計を済ませます。
今日はとんこつ(久留米ラーメン)とミニ高菜チャーハンのセットを注文。
注文から7～8分で着膳！
ビジュアルは良さげな感じです。
麺はとんこつならではのストレート細麺ですが、とんこつラーメンとしては若干細さの際立ちがない感じです。
スープは好き嫌いが別れそうな豚骨臭にまみれたスタンダードな味付けですが、気持ち塩味というかコクが足らない感じがします。
卓上に味変アイテムが何も無いので、物足りなさを感じたまま最後まで完食するしかありません。。
個人的には辛子高菜が欲しかったかなぁ
高菜チャーハンはパラパラご飯の食感が楽しめる美味しいチャーハンでした。
因みにチャーハンも味付けは薄く高菜の持つ塩味のみで調理された感じでした。
