今回は残念な結果に…。

今回は、ランチで6人で行ってきましたが、ちょっと残念な結果になりました。
まず、ランチメニューですが、先月行ったとき、刺身定食が740円でした。それが、今度は1000円！大幅な値上げです。仕入れの面で値段が変動するのかもしれませんが、ランチでこれは…。
あと、オペレーションの問題です。
6人で注文して、最初の人の物が来てから最後の人のがくるまで、約30分要しました。
さらに、3人が同じメニューを注文しているのに、最初の2人分が来て、さらに10分くらい待たされて3人目の人のが来ました。
帰り際、スタッフの人がお待たせして申し訳ございません、と誤っていましたが、時間に制約のあるランチでこれでは、次来るかどうか考えてしまいます。
自分が頼んだのは海鮮丼900円。サーモン、トビッコ多め、あとはイカと甘エビ。僅かなマグロとイクラ。ちょっとCPも悪いかな…。
今後の改善に向け、頑張って欲しいです。

以前は串揚げ屋でしたが、いつの間にか違う店に変わっていました。
店内は居抜きで前の店そのものです。
今回はランチで行ってみました。
11時50分入店、前客3名、後客2名。
ランチ時間も呑めるみたいです。
