以前から気になっていた北海道ミートマーケットへ。
休日13時頃でしたが混んでおらず。北12条駅という地域だからでしょうか。
お肉の販売が併設された店内は、コの字カウンターとテーブルは2席。一人で入りやすい。
メニューは、ハンバーグ、ステーキ、そして気になる定食はジャンボ焼売と豚の鉄板焼き。
ただここはハンバーグを選択。多めの300gで。
ハンバーグの空気を抜く音が聞こえてきて、程なく焼かれている匂いが。食欲をそそりますね。
程なく、ライスとハンバーグがのった鉄板が。
鉄板にはハンバー2個と野菜、そしてライス。肉中心で野菜が少な目。純粋にハンバーグと向き合う。
ハンバーグに箸を入れると、待ってましたと肉汁が溢れて来ます。肉汁とソースが合わさってお肉に絡み、さらに美味しく。
ダブルはそこそこ食べ応えもありますが、ソースがあっさりしているので、軽く食べられる。
とても肉を食べた感じで満足でした。
