8月の訪問です
所用でサツエキ方面に行ったとき
以前から気になってた純米さんに
ランチを食べに行ってみました(*^^*)
開店から30分ほど後に行きましたが
ほぼ 満席！
人気のほどが伺えます(#^.^#)
ランチの日替わり定食から
私は「タラ味噌バターホイル焼きと
海鮮めかぶ納豆定食」(946円)
連れは 10食限定の津軽産
「漬け本マグロ丼定食」(1045円)をオーダー
どちらも 10分かからず 運ばれます
トレーには ご飯、お澄まし、小鉢、ガリ、
サラダ、ホイル焼き、海鮮めかぶ納豆
「お澄まし」は ちょいしょっぱい
具材は ワカメ、大根、人参、キャベツ
「小鉢」は なにかの煮凝り
煮凝り苦手なので 連れにパス(;´∀｀)
「ミニサラダ」は
サニーレタスにトレビスと水菜少々
胡麻ドレッシングで しゃきしゃき美味しい
「タラのホイル焼き」は
ホイルを開けてビックリ！
タラが真っ黒コゲ！！
その上に まだ溶けきらない
冷たいバターが乗ってます( ´-｀)
身をほぐしてみたけど
固く 焦げ付いていて
身はパサパサで 可食部分はほとんど無し
「海鮮めかぶ納豆」は 挽割り納豆に
めかぶ、マグロ、サーモン、サバ、イカ
この イカの鮮度が…
暑い時期だったし ( ;´･ω･`)
気になって食べられませんでした
ご飯がとても美味しいと評判で
とても 楽しみにしていましたが
なにぶん
おかずが残念で ご飯も進まず …
連れの
「漬け本マグロ丼」も 味見しましたが
本マグロは かなり筋っぽく
漬け加減にも ばらつきがあって
これまた
いまいちどころか いまさんくらい(´- `*)
あと、
店内入ったときから気になりましたが
視界が白くなるくらい
かなり モクモク タバコの煙が充満してます
ビジネス街だから仕方ないとはいえ
換気が 悪過ぎでは？
期待が大きすぎたのか
当たりが悪かったのか
かなり 残念なランチになりました
