少し遅い時間に
軽く飲みましょ
と、やって来たのは、
こちら札幌駅北口酒場 めしと純米
とある集まりの前に食事を済ませていたので、
飯がおすすめかと思いましたが、純米酒だけは飲みました。
ランチタイムで来た方が良かったかも
接客は感じ良い点と、モヤッとの混在で悩ましいです。
マグロはうまいですね〜〜♪
漬けの色は悪いですが、味はまずまず、
これって、鰹たたき風にしてるし
冷解凍して鮮度落ちして行き着いた姿ですかねー
赤身も中トロも本鮪の美味しさがありましたが、
やっぱり漬けにした色悪いのに目がいっちゃいます。
ホタテの耳チャンジャ
帆立の耳を使って作ったチャンジャは初でしたが、
タラのチャンジャと変わらない感じで、
これはこれでこの歯応えと、辛旨さとがいい感じでした♪
アスパラと旬の天ぷら
カラッと揚げてあり
アスパラも筍もいい感じに仕上がってました。
豚精肉串
無難な仕上がりの豚精の串でした。
一般的な居酒屋チェーン店と並ぶ感じで
飛び抜けては来ないランクで、
入店時クーポンでとお願いしていたのは忘れていたようなので、
マグロのビジュアルよりはいい感じのものが提供されたのは
ありがたくも、接客と刺身に関して複雑な思いとなりました。
ランチでは惹かれる内容があるので、いつかまた来て再確認しようと思います。
