I visited Marugame Seimen Ario Sapporo, located on the 2nd floor of Ario Sapporo, Kita Shichijo Higashi, Higashi Ward, Sapporo, Hokkaido. It is about a 15-minute walk from Exit 4 of Higashi-Kuyakusho-Mae Station on the Toho Subway Line, and about a 3-minute walk from the north exit of Naebo Station on the JR Hakodate Main Line, making it easily accessible by public transport. It is also convenient for cars as there is a shared parking lot at the facility. There are 65 seats, 30 counter seats, 2 table seats, and 3 tatami mat seats. This time I ordered the limited-time product Nikugasane Tamago Ankake (Special 1,110 yen). It is made with sweet, juicy beef and a combination of chicken and pork minced meat with ginger, topped with a fluffy, runny egg sauce. The beef, minced meat, and egg sauce went well together and were delicious. Marugame Seimen is made with only three ingredients: 100% Hokkaido flour, salt, and water. The udon noodles are made freshly by boiling them in a large pot using the noodle making machine in the shop. The noodles have a wheat aroma and a chewy, springy texture. There is a wide selection of condiments and Tempura, so you can enjoy a variety of udon noodles. If I have the opportunity, I would like to visit again. Thank you!
