We are particular about the "sauce" used in our Ramen. "Misora noodles", which can only be tasted at 3 restaurant including the main store, uses a different miso paste from "roasted sesame miso soramen". You can enjoy a cup of raw miso paste that is cooked in a wok and finished with time and effort. And the soy sauce sauce of "Soy Sauce Ramen" uses "aged soy sauce sauce" that has been added since the company's founding. By letting it sit for one week, it has a taste that stands out for its deep richness and unique gentle sweetness.
