札幌ならではのスパイスの効いたスープカリーをベースにしたラーメンを提供する人気店。私は初めてのスープカリーラーメン、大変美味しかったです
スープカリーをベースに、豚骨、味噌、醤油のラインナップもあります。一番人気のカリーラーメン&半ライスのランチセットを頂きましたが、チキン&野菜等ランチセットでも具は必要十分。スープは、スパイスの効いた奥行きある本格的なカリーで、本州や室蘭地区のカレーラーメンとは全く別物です
麺はオーソドックスな中太ストレートで、カリースープをしっかり持ち上げ、スープとの相性は大変良いと思います
辛さ選択、味変グッズ、何故か揚げ餃子が付いている半ライスなど、様々なチューニング&マッチングが楽しめます。本州には無い、隠れた札幌名物だと思います
