同僚数名と行なう「苗穂の会」、今回はこちらはらこさんで仕事の反省会を兼ねて行いました。
議論が白熱してお刺身の盛り合わせしか写真がありませんが、ご覧の通りとてもとてもキレイです。味もサイコー！ほかにホタルイカやウド、タケノコなど旬のアテもいただきました。
日本酒は今回も鍋島を。味がしっかりしているのに料理とケンカしない、いい日本酒です。
