今日はワンオペじゃなくて安心しました笑
久しぶりに創成イーストの方に行きましたが、開店時間を過ぎても開店せず。もう少しかかるとの事で断念。しかし今から他の店と言っても、すでに土曜の11時を過ぎておりどこの店も混んでいそう。ということで、家の方に戻りこちらへ。
着いたときには1120頃でしたが、すでに先客3組。その後もお客さんが次々と来店。カウンター以外は満席に。前回来店時は何と店主が1人で蕎麦打ち+接客+厨房をやっていましたが、今日は3人で安心しました笑
こちらも値上げしているようで、丼セットが軒並み1500円を超えています。とろろそば単品も1300円か…しかしご飯も食べたいし…ということで、そばを諦め未食の豚丼をライス大盛で。ここは炭火を使っているのでご飯ものも美味しいんです。肉はロースでしょうか。厚さは薄めですが、タレの味が濃く美味しいです。分厚いバラ肉が好みの人には物足りないかもしれませんが、非常に上品な豚丼です。薬味と出汁でお茶漬け風にできたら最高なんですけどね。
今度は天丼も食べてみたいです。

ここは、カレー南蛮が有名な店です。いつもは普通のそばか丼しか頼まないのですが、たまには違うものをと、麻辣商品のクッシャロせいろ1200を頂きました！無料のニンニク増しと、温泉玉子トッピング150、小ライス250を選択。
出てきたのはまさに冷やし担々麺のそばバージョンという感じ。本当にそばと合うのか？と半信半疑でしたが、これが意外と合う！にんにくマシにして正解でした。もっとにんにく多くてもいいかなあ。このさわやかな麻辣の辛さとにんにくで、箸が止まりません。そばも田舎そば(細切りも選べます)にしては非常に食べやすく、香りも高い。これからの暑い季節にオススメです！
