We purchase unhusked buckwheat, dehusk it in our in-store flour mill, and grind the buckwheat flour with a stone mill before hand-making it into buckwheat flour. In order to provide our customers with
... freshly made buckwheat as much as possible, we not only grind the buckwheat in the morning, but also make the buckwheat right up until just before opening. Please try our freshly made, fluffy and fragrant buckwheat! Plenty of delicious buckwheat is the "Satoyama style."
