同店は、脱穀から製麺まで全て店内でやっており、所謂3たて(挽きたて、打ちたて、茹でた)の蕎麦をいただける本格蕎麦屋でも珍しい貴重な１店の様です。
11:30(11:00開店)で先客なし。
その後もパラパラ程度。雪の影響でしょうか・・・
オーダーは、本来ならば初訪問なのでもりそば(or合盛り)を食したい処だが、蕎麦喰いではない小生はこれまた拘りあり人気の、
◆｢特製カレー南蛮【さとやま活火山】(田舎そば)｣
・トッピングなし(1200円)
◆｢小ライス(150円)」
約10分弱で来器。
カレーは、蕎麦屋でよくある和出汁系ではなく辣油浮きスパイス感じる本格的なもの。
ただ、辛さを増さなかった事を後悔。辛さ耐性ある小生にはやや甘い。
そばは太い田舎そば。カレーが掛かっていても風味とコシがあり、蕎麦喰いではない小生でも美味しいと思えるレベル！！
具のチキンは炭火焼きされジューシーでこれまた美味しい！
そばを食べ終わり、残ったルーにライス投入。
普通に美味しいスパイスカレーですね。
接客は、丁寧でかなり好感持てました。
CPはこの内容(味、拘り)なら納得。
全体的には、やや変わり種だが全てに拘り感じ、先ずそばが圧倒的に美味しく、カレーライスとしても単品でも提供できるレベルの美味しいカレー南蛮そばでした。
ただ今回は辛さ選択だけは後悔。
次回はもり(合盛り)をぜひ食してみたい。
豚丼や鳥丼も炭火焼き？で美味しそうなのでセットで。
