謎ネーミングのクッシャロ激ウマ。個人的大ヒット！ハマるかも^ ^
クッシャロ（ピリ辛肉味噌田舎そば）
入店すると凄く丁寧で明るい挨拶で良心を凄く感じる店でいきなり好印象。
駐車場も広いし、カウンター席も余裕あるし、ゆったり出来る感じも良く、食べる前からいい感じ。
店の一角が蕎麦打ちスペースになってて、待つ間見てられるし着丼まで暇なく待てますね。
作り手も一つずつ丁寧な仕事っぷり。
好感度爆上がりです^ ^
オーダーは、オーソドックスな蕎麦を食べるつもりで来たけど、メニュー眺めて気になった温かいクッシャロを。
麺見えなきゃビジュアルは完全に担々麺。
美しい。
蕎麦には全く見えん。
まずスープ。
胡麻風味の坦々風なんだけどベースが蕎麦つゆだからか、めちゃくちゃマイルドで和風な優しいお味。
旨い！
肉味噌は見た目辛くなさそうなんだけど単独で食べてみたら結構ピリ辛。
少しずつ解きほぐしながら食べる。
そしてこの濃いつゆに負けない田舎そば。
このつゆなのにしっかり香る。
太打ちだし喉越しも抜群。
めちゃくちゃ旨いです。
しばらくラーメン断ちしてるし、こういうラーメン感もある異色の創作蕎麦もいいですな。
つか、ほんと美味しかった。
自分的には久々大ヒット。
それにしても謎ネーミング。
聞いたんだけど、理由は話長くなるらしいので、また今度聞く^ ^
今度は冷たいのにして、より一層蕎麦の風味も楽しみたいですね。

豚丼セット（田舎に変更）
先週に引き続きの訪問。
今日は炭火焼きの丼も食べたくて。
実は姉妹店のとわりのもりを先週除いてみたらやってなくて、情報収集も兼ねて（今日は営業してたが時間合わず(ToT)）。
今日はめちゃくちゃ寒いけど蕎麦は敢えて冷で。
やはりざるだと麺のブリンブリンの弾力があって旨い。
おつゆはかなりあっさり系なのでダイレクトに麺の旨みを感じる。
豚丼は丼あつあつでビビンバかっつーくらいごはんも熱々。
炭火で焼き上げた豚肉はめちゃくちゃ旨い。
高級豚丼です^ ^
正直なところボリュームは少ないかもしれないけど、ダイエット中の私にはちょうどよかったです。
が、そば大盛にすると2千円超えてくる（2,050円）ので悩ましい価格設定ではある。
でも美味しいのでまた行きます。
