I had a sudden craving for soba after work, and it was cold so I came here looking for something warm! I'd been interested in it for a while, but I'd never been there, so finally. The parking lot in front of the store looked pretty easy to park in. When I went inside, the owner was there by himself. He seemed busy because he was the only one running the place. But it seemed like restaurant with some character, so I was excited. I wanted to eat soba and rice as a set, judging from the rice bowls, right? Charcoal grilled Pork bowl! They bring out Pork bowl that are properly grilled over charcoal, and they're so elaborate~ It seemed to take a while, but I ordered it (^ ^) It came out in just under 20 minutes, and if the store is crowded, I'll have to wait a long time, so I'm sure I can't go in between work (; ´д ｀) The soba soup had a strong dashi flavor and it was a real taste for the first time in a while. I liked the dashi, but the seasoning felt a little light. I wonder if it's so that you can taste the soba? I thought. Pork bowl was so authentic and delicious that I wanted to eat it as a main dish! The meat was also tender! I'm glad that the side dishes are delicious (^^) I'm interested in Tempura and curry soba, so next time I'll go with someone! I'd like to try them and compare them.
