休日にランチにと思うも生憎の悪天候で､なるべくならDOOR to DOORにしたい所
そこで店前に駐車場を完備していてBMしているお店にしようと思った所､コチラがあるのを思い出した
ご夫婦でやられているピザとジェラートのお店でオープン当初から行きたいと思いながらも近場で何時でも行けると後回しにして来た為に未訪問
これは良いタイミングだとコチラを訪問です
ランチ時とあって悪天候ながらもマダムやカップル等で結構な混み具合
空いている席に案内されてメニューをチェック
いつもマルゲリータとかだし違うピザをと今回はロマーナに
またコチラで食べたいと思っていたジェラートも食後に頂く様にします
それとマリトッツォもあったので注文です
ロマーナ
もっちりとした生地のピザは小麦粉の風味もよく美味しい生地
トマトソースの程よい酸味にチーズのコク､ガーリックとオリーブオイルの風味がよく､アンチョビの良い塩気がまた良いアクセントになってます
シンプルだけどこれが美味しいんですよ
ピスタチオのマリトッツォ
お店の釜で焼いたパンを使ったマリトッツォ
クリーム自体をピスタチオクリームにしていて､これが濃厚でピスタチオの香ばしさを確りと感じて美味しい
ジェラート
トリプルでフレッシュいちご､オルソのおやつ､チョコミントを選択
フレッシュいちごは苺をそのままジェラートにした様な感じで酸味と甘味が程よく美味しい
オルソのおやつはミルクベースにクランチやマカデミアナッツ等のナッツがたっぷりと入ったジェラート
ナッツ系の香ばしさや食感が良いアクセント
チョコミントはミントがハーブの青っぽさもあって本来のミントの風味を感じ､ミント独特のスーっと抜ける感じも強くないのでミントがそんな得意じゃない人でも食べやすい
でもハーブが苦手な人は難しいかも
チョコのパリッとした食感も良いです
味もそうだけどお店の雰囲気や店員さんの対応など気持ち良く､帰りに奥様が送り出してくれる程でまた来たくなっちゃいますね
今度はまた違ったピザも食べたいです
