The food is heated in one go in the kiln at over 400°C with the stored heat and dry air, giving it a unique aroma and texture, and the infrared rays emitted from the bricks and firewood also bring out the flavor of the ingredients. The pizzas are baked with expert skill by the owner, who has competed in the Neapolitan Pizza World Championships.
