めっちゃ美味いラーメンと出会った！
今年のベスト3に入ること間違い無い！
「色即是空」の鶏白湯ラーメン（塩）。
コーンポタージュのような色のスープに、ブロッコリー・ミニトマト・ヤングコーン・ミョウガの色合いが映え、低温調理で赤身の残るチャーシューの乗せ方の美しいビジュアル！
食べる前から期待感しか無い！
スープは濃厚な鶏の風味。博多名物の水炊きのスープに近い気がする。
細目の麺との相性も良く、全部飲み干してしまった。
トッピングでチャーシューを追加したんだけど、レア感がありジューシーで美味しい。
連れの淡麗塩ラーメンも美味しかった。
お店の雰囲気も明るくて温かみと清潔感があり、店員さんの対応もすごく丁寧。
全てが高レベルで超大満足！！
これからドンドン人気店になっていくんだろなぁー。

最近お気に入りのラーメン屋さん「色即是空」で担々麺。
この前食べた鶏白湯塩も美味しかったけど、この担々麺も美味いー！！
辛さはほどほどだが、スープの旨みがすごい！
辛さの中に痺れもしっかりと感じられる。
挽き肉とナッツの食感も良い。
何を食べても美味しいとしか思えない店です。
