日曜16時に遠藤水産でデートの待ち合わせ。
白石→東札幌に地下鉄で向かう～
が、待ち合わせ場所は白石ガーデンプレイス店！
あった？いつからあったの!?
Uターンして戻ったけど遅刻。
ごめんなさい。

飲み放題のビールで乾杯！
さっすがここいら白石はアサヒのお膝元。
スーパードライをおいしく飲ませて貰えます♪
通しはたこキムチとツナマヨ。
たこキムチは頭をキムチ液で和えた物でさほど辛くはありません。
ツナマヨは刺身用まぐろの余りを蒸してぶつ切りにしたのかな。
どちらも通しとして満足。
食べ物の注文は厳選 5点刺身盛り合わせ 980円
サーモン・たこ頭・カンパチ・ほたて・甘えび。
たこ頭とほたて、甘えびは増毛産とのこと。
やっぱりおいしいですね！
鮮魚をおいしく食べる為の薬味はたぶんだけど高価な冷凍の生わさび。
ドライアイスの演出やツマやわかめもふんだんに盛られていて視覚でも楽しめます。
さすが遠藤水産さんです。

鹿児島産ですがこんなに早く収穫できるんだ。
なんにせよ道民は多くても年に数回しか食べれないのでありがたい。
少し青臭さがあるもののほっこりとしておいしい。
淡白だからかき揚げにしてもおいしいだろな！
先ほど食べて下げてもらった刺身の盛りざる。
ツマ・わかめ・大葉等が多少残っていた。
厨房でリメイクしてサービスでサラダにしてお持ちいたしましたと。
レタスやごぼうチップまで入れてくれています。
刺身盛り合わせに含むセットなのかもしれないけど…
なんだか嬉しくなりますね！
短時間の利用だったけど想像以上の居心地の良さに満足した。

2022 - 08/30 17:45 Endo Suisan for the first time in a while. I have a good memory of using this place before. I made an online reservation the day before and visited the store. I was shown to a semi-private room in the back. It's a sunken kotatsu, so it's comfortable to sit on. When I asked the staff, I was told that there are two options: one that includes alcohol and one that includes all-you-can-drink soft drinks. I'll be grateful for the Super Dry. Super Dry is the best because it's close to Asahi's beer factory, and it makes you feel delicious! Even if it rains, you will feel bright and sunny. As for the food, I ordered the Tokibita Tempura and Cheese Covered Potatoes, which are especially recommended from today's recommendations. The sweet corn tempura has a strong sweet taste and a crunchy texture. It's fresh, and the thin coating removes all the oil, making it easy to eat. The batter is lightly seasoned, so no salt is needed. The cheese-covered potato that follows is made with yellow, sweet-tasting potatoes with their skins on, although I don't know the variety. The sausage in the bowl is also delicious. Excellent accents of cheese and black pepper. Get 3 free sashimi items by registering on line. The octopus zangi is deep-fried and has a hard coating. The batter is seasoned, so you can eat it as is. Drink lots of beer and then have a sour. The drinks I drank were Tijusan Citric Acid Sour, Iwamizawa Haskap Sour, Yubari Melon Sour, and Blood Orange Sour. While picking at 5 assorted Grilled skewer in between. At the end of your all-you-can-drink meal, the restaurant serves you miso soup with shrimp heads that will leave you with a sensation. At Hekin Suisan, you can get more food on a plate than other restaurants, so it feels like it's a good deal. I ate a lot and drank a lot. Thank you for the meal. All that's left to do is sleep.
