有名焼鳥店のテイクアウト店。
鳥串と鳥串燻製購入。
焼き上がりまで15分くらいかかりますとの事。
早速晩酌のお供でいただきます。
見た目にびっくりする程の大きさではありません。
先ず串から焼鳥を外しますが、するりと抜けます。
こちらが
私にとっては肉質より重要なポイントで、するっと抜けますのは
焼き加減が絶妙で美味しいのです。
鶏肉は柔らか、ふっくら焼かれていまして
塩加減も良く
気になる筋、脂等あまりございません。
燻製ですが、香り風味よく、柔らか美味しく。
