札幌市厚別界隈で超有名な水産会社、小松水産さん直営の魚系居酒屋さんで、前から気になっていたのですがついに行きました！森林公園駅すぐそばなのですね。
吉里吉里特選セットを注文しました。吉里吉里さんの得意料理の詰め合わせの贅沢セットです。これで1280円はオトクすぎる…。なおこの日は茶碗蒸しが売り切れと言われました。ちなみにきりきり御膳と海鮮二弾どんぶりも売り切れと言われました。どれだけこのランチ群は人気なんだ…。
何と言っても寿司！新鮮味を感じるできたて握り寿司の旨味がこれでもかと堪能できます。幸せのひととき。これらの刺し身だけたらふく食べたいくらいお魚の絶妙な新鮮さ・旨味…。
だし巻き卵の出汁の味がよく染み込んでいて、こちらも旨味を感じて美味しい！よく寿司屋はたまご焼き寿司の品質を見ようといわれますが、海鮮だけでなく卵焼きにもこわだる品質、すばらしいですね。
ごちそうさまでした。
コスパと品質がどちらも高水準で、厚別周辺でお魚を食べたいという要望があったら連れてい行きたいお店の候補になりました。
