開店10分前到着
人気の店と聞いているので、開店10分前に待機。先客は車１台で2人。3番目だった。しかし、車で待機していると、まさかの徒歩客2人に先に並ばれて、結局5人目。注文は入店順。
スープカレーの店かと思ったが、ルーカレーもあったので、ルーの『たっぷり道産野菜のカレー』ライス大盛、辛さ４番と、食事前にキャラメルラテのホットを頂く。
誤算だったか？どうやらルーカレーの方が遅いのか？野菜カレーが遅いのか、次々と自分より後の注文客のカレーが運ばれてくるなか、自分のカレーがなかなか来ない。自分のが来たのは入店後25分後だった。
それまでは、ランチ半額サービスのドリンクを頂く、正直、品質は全く期待していなかったが、見かけはちゃんとしているし、味も専門店ほどでは無いが、ファミレスよりもずっと良いものだった。頼んで正解だった。
カレーは見た目のボリューム感も有り、間違いなく『たっぷり』であった。やっちまったか？コレは食べきれないかも？と悟った。具の野菜は、ブロッコリー、しめじ、ジャガイモ、ナス、人参、かぼちゃ、ピーマン、ゴボウ、さつまいも、キャベツ、玉ねぎ、それと福神漬。どうやら全部素揚げしているようだ。Excellentである。野菜は概ね細くスライスしてあり、揚げたことの効果を増していて素晴らしく美味い！
欲を言えば、自分の好みの話だが、しめじ→舞茸ならなお良かった。あとジャガイモが半分に割っているが１個分入っている。コレは多いな、、、もしかして、富良野はジャガイモが名産なのか？と思って調べてみたが、道内のジャガイモ産地は主に十勝とオホーツクで、富良野は道内の中では多くはなかった。結局、ジャガイモは最後に半分残してしまった、農家さん、お店の方、申し訳ない。ご飯を大盛りにしたのが敗因でした。でも、ルーも多いので、ご飯大盛りでジャストの量だったんですよね。
ルーも濃厚で最高クラスに美味い。辛さは、市販の大辛のもの『４』にしたが、もう1つ上で良かったです。次回は『５』にしよう。
滅多にお店に「美味しかったです」とか言い残さない私だが、今日はそう声をかけて清算を済ませた。なお、支払いは現金のみだ。
因みに、平日の昼間だと言うのに、開店前に行列しているし、帰り際には、待ち客も出ていた。
次回も開店前に来て並ばなければ！
※余談だが親に連れられて来ていた子供が、大声で「カレー ヤダ〜 辛いんだも～ん マックが良い～！」と叫び続けていた。親の心子知らず…いや、子の心親知らず…なのか？お店の方も、客も、親も、いたたまれなかった。

Last time I came during the day and ordered the roux, so this time I came at night and ordered the soup. I'm a roux fan, but in the end the roux was tastier. The soup base was slightly cloudy in color and had a milky taste, and it was quite sweet and spicy, but had a mild mouthfeel. I ordered the standard soup, but I wonder if the standard soup also contains coconut? There is a separate coconut soup, so I assumed it doesn't. This time I ordered the "One Day's Worth of Hokkaido Vegetables Soup Curry," and there were more vegetables than I expected, and I thought, "Damn, I should have ordered half a day's worth," but I was able to finish it all. Last time I ordered a large portion of rice, but this time I ordered the regular portion, and I didn't order a drink, which was good.
