用事が有り厚別に行った帰り道、相棒が蕎麦食べたいと言うので、マップで検索し出てきたのが空のかおりさん。で、、、食べログでお店の評価を見たらソバオさんのクチコミ見て行くことを決めました。外見の良さが蕎麦の美味さを期待させる。
入店し、メニューを見てソバオさんが頼んだ２種盛りが目に飛び込んだので迷わず注文。相棒は、寒いのでかけ蕎麦を注文。
店員さんのさりげない動きが心地良い。調理場は、活気がある。間違いないと確信。
で、運ばれてきた二種盛りの十割蕎麦をそのまま一口。薫り甘味最高。歯触りも良い。そして、次に粗挽きを一口十割と比べると暴れ馬的なドンと来る薫りと旨味そして腰。ヤバい、、、２つとも美味すぎる。あまりに蕎麦自体が美味くて汁を着けずに７割食べてしまい、ヤベッ‼️汁着けて食べてない、、、慌てて汁に着けて食べると。汁は辛めで出汁の旨味重視の構成で薫りが弱い。だけど、これだけ出汁の旨味を強く出しているので文句無しで美味しい。
残り３割の蕎麦を汁浸けて食べて大満足でした。
