何を食べても美味しい！
増毛の海老祭りで遠藤水産という名前は知っていたので、海鮮のクオリティーは良いだろうと期待して夫と二人で来店。
従業員の若い女性の子が一生懸命に説明してくれて好感が持てました。
また、フードの事など少々細かく聞いても面倒な顔ひとつせずに ”聞いてきます！”と好対応で更に好感度アップ！
ドリンクも最後まで、あまり待たされる事なくきました。
フードは
・甘エビのお刺身・ホタテとマグロのお刺身
・タチの天ぷら・タチポン酢
・タコざんぎ・カニの甲羅焼き
・海鮮サラダなど を注文しましたが、どれを食べてもハズレ無し！
特に、タチが天ぷらもポン酢も大きくてプリプリ！近年食べた中でも一番おいしかったです。
あとは、タコざんぎ。こちらも大きくてタコが柔らかく、薄衣はサクサクで最高でした。
そして、そこそこ食べた後に先ほど注文して食べた物がリメイクされて再登場！
海老の殻の素揚げと海老汁、大根のつまと野菜のサラダが運ばれてきました。
食べ残しのリメイクは嫌な人もいると思いますが、私はちょっとしたお酒のあてにもなるし、無駄を減らす意味でも良いシステムだと感心しました。
美味しすぎて食べすぎ＆飲みすぎてしまいましたが、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
