金曜の18時に到着。
個室だったのでよく確認出来ないけどまずまずの賑わい。
地下鉄新さっぽろ駅 / JR新札幌駅そば、7年前まではCDショップ「玉光堂」だった物件で、その後は飲食店が複数入れ替わっている。
札幌や千歳に全4店舗。
職場の5年ぶりの新年度会！で20名ちょっとで訪問。
今回は『本ズワイ蟹・刺身4種盛り全8品＋飲み放題付』(5000円)のコース。
・いかの塩辛豆冨
お通し的に一人1皿。初めての組み合わせだけど合う！
・ベーコンのシーザーサラダ
やや酸味がある感じ。
・国産サーモン入り刺身4種盛合せ
サーモン、カツオ、白身、タコ頭、一切れずつ。最近は北海道でもカツオ刺を食べられるんですね！
・茹で本ズワイ蟹
足1本、胸1切れずつ。久しぶりに食べたなぁ。
・チキングリル さっぱり玉ねぎソース
ニンニクが結構効いている！こりゃさっぱりじゃなくてこってりだわ(笑
・海老と季節の野菜の天婦羅
季節の野菜はタケノコとタラの芽。
・釜揚げしらすと明太子の紅白のっけ寿司
どちらも濃厚な味！
・ミルクプリン いちごソース
〆にさっぱり。
満足の美味さでした。
「増毛漁港直送」を謳うだけあって、海鮮はいい感じ。
注文したドリンクの提供が比較的早いのもいい。
