まぐろ豚骨醤油つけめん
今年初の夏日になり28℃超えはさすがに札幌的には暑い…流石にラーメンは…
と、思ったが、ならば、つけ麺いくべ〜と思い立ちこちらへ。
実は最初行った店が催事出張で休み、次行った店は行列長くて断念、で、3店目でようやくこちらに来た次第。
ランチ難民になるとこだったわ(^^;;
夜は鮨ダイニングの店になるニコイチの店。
なるほど、カウンターにはショーケースがあるね。
珍しい鮪出汁のお店。
濃厚で甘辛で個人的には凄く好みな味。
鮪の出汁感、甘みも感じる。
たまり醤油使ってるのかな？
豚骨はさほど感じないけど粘度は若干感じる。
とにかく甘くて濃厚で、極太麺が負けないつけ汁に仕立ててある。
麺自体も非常に美味しい。
具はギッシリ入ってて、チャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ、飾りの蓮根に、キャベツとほうれん草も入ってるってーのは珍しい。
最後の割スープにはシメジとエノキも入ってきて野菜多めに取れたのはありがたいですね。
お値段（870円）もリーズナブルだと思う。
