札幌では久しぶりの、油そばの新店。
ラーメン店や居酒屋等で、まぜそばや、油そばを提供する店は増えてきたが、専門店となるとなかなかない。
見た目はいたってシンプル。
のり・チャーシュー・メンマ・ねぎ・麺。麺はさがみ屋。
底に汁がたまっていて、この汁が油そばの最大の特徴。
汁はスタンダードなものだか、程よい濃厚さをもち、食べ応えがある。後半はお好みにより、酢やラー油、ごま等を入れるのも楽しいだろう。
ラーメンやつけ麺等と違い、熱々のスープがないので、男性はすぐ食べ終えるかもしれない。
