平日のランチで来訪しました。
2011年にオープンした油そば専門店。
今はたまに油そばというものを他のお店でも見かけるようになりましたが、ここは先駆けといっても過言ではないでしょう。
カウンター、テーブルの15席。
禁煙で駐車場はありません。
ただ近くに提携パーキングはあるみたい。
BGMにはラジオが流れていました。
優しそうな店員さんが接客してくれました。
食券タイプなので先に購入します。
今回いただいたのは、
・油そば倍盛り ￥720
です。※値段は当時のものです
提供は10分以内。
具材はチャーシュー、のり、メンマ。
張り紙に食べ方マニュアルみたいのがあって、私は初めてだったのでその通り食べてみました。
少しねちょねちょ感があったが(自分の調合ミスか?)これぞ油そばを食べてるぞ!と実感できるオーソドックスなお味でした。
調味料がたくさんあるので自分好みに調整できるのは面白い。
