...panese-style dashi made from Rausu kelp and salmon flakes to create a light flavor. Although it is tonkotsu-based, it has no odor and is recommended for women as well! We offer soup spiciness levels up to 1024 for those who love all kinds of spiciness and are loved by spiciness. We also have additional spices, so if you like spicy food, please give it a try!
