The owner, who spent 11 years training at a famous restaurant serving rich miso ramen, one of the representative ramen restaurants in Sapporo, and two other restaurants, opened Menya Nagisa in August
...this year. He is further refining Sapporo ramen, adhering to Sapporo-style cooking methods, inheriting the orthodox Sapporo ramen, and aiming for even greater heights. Since the opening, the "Miso Ramen" has been very popular with customers! Using carefully selected miso, the miso is roasted in a wok, and soup is added to create a rich and mellow flavor that cannot be found in other restaurants. In addition, several types of spices are added to the bowl to create a bowl of ramen that is the epitome of Sapporo ramen, where the aroma of the miso and various flavors and aromas collide. We will work hard to make our ramen classic a ramen restaurant that is loved by everyone, regardless of age or gender, so please enjoy our ramen!
