月寒西と言ってもちょっとわかりづらい、しかも住宅街の真ん中にあるこちらのお店、昔はすぐ近くにイトーヨーカ堂があったら目印になったんですけどね・・・
店の前に5台くらいかな、駐車場はしっかりあります。
入り口ドアには札幌市の「禁煙」ステッカー、安心して入店、店員さんにボックス席に案内され着座、メニューを見ます。
ランチメニュー豊富、蕎麦と海鮮丼がウリですね、その中で"本日の日替わり"とされる「生サバ&本鮪漬け丼 蕎麦セット(968円・込)」に目が留まり注文しちゃいます。
昼飲みも出来るんですね、さすが居酒屋さん、飲みたいなぁ( ´,_ゝ｀)ﾌﾟｯ
ん??と、そこで卓上の黄色い円盤に気づきます。。。
と・・・そこに料理が登場、パブロフの犬よろしくそんな黄色い円盤よりもメシ、ワンワンと尻尾を振る私、サッササッサと食べログとインスタ用の画像を撮影して、箸をつけます( ´∀｀ )
サラダにはちょい酸味あるドレッシング、シャキっと野菜をいただきます♪
丼、漬け鮪が脂のっていてもともとは刺身としてとっても良かった部位だったのがわかるビジュアル、口に入れてもその美味しさが漬けとして変化はしても美味しいですね♪
生サバも脂載って柔らかく美味しく、振られた胡麻がアクセントにこちらもとっても美味しいネタ、ご飯がススミます( ´∀｀ )
ご飯はそのまんまの白飯、酢飯ではありません。
蕎麦も食感良いツルツル、きちんとコシもあります♪
つゆはカエシが強いキリッとよりもキリキリキリッとキツ目、蕎麦は1/3浸けくらいがいいかも。
味噌汁はワカメがたっぷり過ぎて戻り塩ありありです。
丼も蕎麦もボリューム満点、すっかり満腹でお会計、聞くと店の道路側は禁煙で奥側は喫煙可って、そんな設定ありますかいな(;^ω^)どちらがいいか聞かれてないし、、、
ご馳走様でした。
