塩ザンギ 金賞受賞店

北海道では鳥の唐揚げのことをザンギと言いますがその味付けは醤油が一般的です。
こちらのお店は醤油ではなく塩味のザンギが美味しいとき聞きさっそく行ってみました。
ザンギの他にもいろんなお惣菜がありました。
注文は「塩ザンギ」200gです。メニューには540円となってましたが量り売りなので多少量と値段が前後します。
お持ち帰りしてまずはそのまま食べてみました。冷めてましたが衣はサクッとしていて鳥もも肉もあっさりながらもしっかり味が付いていて美味しいです。
2個目はトースターで温めて食べましたが衣のサクサク感とお肉のジューシー感がアップしてより美味しかったです。
ザンギを使ったお弁当やハンバーガーもあるみたいなのでまた行ってみたいです。
