とある平日、世間では新たなフェーズとなり今後が気になる頃、ランチにてずっとブックマークしてありました地下鉄澄川駅エリアのステーキ屋さんにお邪魔させて頂きました。
駐車場は店横に2～3台位かと。
店内はさほど広くは無くコの字カウンターとテーブル2卓で構成されます。
BGMはかっこいい洋楽が流れています。
この日メニューより、通常であればお手頃価格のオムライスを選択する所ではありますが、今回ハンバーグものより“6月限定おすすめランチ(1800円税)”が“ベーコンプラスで200円アップ”ならばと奮発してドレッシングは“ハーブ”、ソースは“デミグラス”、ドリンクは“アイスコーヒー”チョイスでお願いしてみます。
先発隊のサラダは削りチーズ乗った葉物中心でハーブの恩恵は僕には謎ですが甘酸っぱくて美味しいドレッシングです。
鉄板にて火柱立ち上り完成しましたハンバーグは肉汁も溢れ出してる粗挽き肉で、一部固い部分が逆に説得力が高く好印象でした。
ベーコンは肉厚で豚肉としての味わいがしっかり残したもので塩気低くて個人的にはソーグー、デミグラスソースは初見普通に美味しいものかと思いきや何かオリジナル性を感じ秀逸でした。その隣にはいんげん、人参、カボチャ辺りを確認出来ました。
食後到着しましたデザートのチョコレートムースは甘くて微かにほろ苦さとお酒の風味がベリーソースとマッチしてグッド、とマンゴーのソルベは爽やかにマンゴーが演出してくれ変にクドく無いのは良かったです。最後はちょっと香ばしさあるアイスコーヒー飲み干し終了します。
ふと、お陰様で美味しい高級ハンバーグ戴きました♪。それにしてもたまたま後客の20代のお兄さんとお嬢さんがアワビ肴にビールやってる近くで何とかフォークで残ったデミグラスソースをキレイに戴けないかしら？と苦労しているおじさん。。。虚しい(･_･、)。
