お昼前に到着しましたが、残っていたのはキャラメル・ポワールのみであとは完売！
唯一残っていた最中が目当ての最中だったのでラッキーでした \ ♡ /
洋菓子と和菓子が融合したような〖 MONAKA 〗は卵白やはちみつ、仕上げにバターを入れて焼き上げたフィナンシェの上に、一晩冷蔵庫で寝かせたムースが乗った2層仕立て
注文した最中は出来立てでまだ冷えてるので
5~10分ほど待ってからお召し上がりくださいとのことでした
10分ほど待ってから最中でムースをぎゅっと挟んで頂きます♩
ベースはかぼちゃのフィナンシェ
キャラメルのムースに、洋ナシのコンポートを散りばめてウィスキーの竹鶴を使用した大人の味わいです.
