味噌は黄色いちぢれ麺、チャーシューは角切りと薄いチャーシューの細切れが入っていて食感の違いも楽しい。スープはニンニクを強めに感じ、後半の方がまとまりが良くなり美味しく感じました。モヤシのシャキシャキが良いです！
醤油はすごくおいしい醤油は感じるのだけど、スープにもう少しダシの旨みがあったらなぁと思いました。チャーシューは豚バラだけどくどくなくあっさり食べやすいです。麺は細めのストレート細麺です。
チャーシュー丼のチャーシューも上品な味わいです。チャーシュー丼全体としては、もう少しおいしくなれそうと思いました…旨みや焦がし系のオイルやスパイスをかけるとか。
