旭川に来たら青葉さんか鉢屋さんに行きたいなーっ！って事で鉢屋創業店さんにやってきました。
金曜日の11時頃でしたが並びなしでしたね。
雰囲気
外観も内装も「創業店」って雰囲気ですねー！

最初スープ飲んだ時クセが強いなーって思ったのですがどんどんハマっていく感じがいいですねー！
魚介の風味がクセになる。
油は多めでしたがちょうど良かったかな？！
焼豚はペラペラ系ですが旨みもちゃんとありなかなか良いかも？！
