焦がし油の風味が唯一無二と思える独創的なラーメンです。個人的にはあまり好みではないのですが、他で食べたことのない独特な味わい出、是非とも一度は味わって欲しいと思う味です。少々、臭い感じはしますが、慣れるとクセになりそうな風味です。スープ自体はそこまで強くないので、やはりお店としてもこの焦がし油推しと思います。この油の量、注文時に、多めも選べるので、楽しみたい方はどうぞ。
お店は飾り気のない社食のような雰囲気で、質実剛健という言葉の似合うお店です。
